Description: The history of the Lancia Appia Coupé is one of elegant transformation, born from Appia sedan chassis (1953-1963) commissioned to the great Italian coachbuilders such as Pininfarina, Zagato and Vignale, starting from 1956. These special versions, with uprated engines and sporting, refined design (often with front styling inspired by the Flaminia and “fin” tail), became style icons, combining Lancia elegance with coupé performance, particularly thanks to Zagato which made them famous in racing.
