Description: The Lancia Fulvia Sport Zagato is a sports coupé designed by Ercole Spada and produced by Zagato from 1965 to 1972. Based on the mechanicals of the Fulvia Coupé, it features an aerodynamic “fastback” body, lightened with Peraluman in the early series and later in steel. It is characterized by light alloy hoods and doors, with subsequent refinements (Series 2, Series 3) featuring more powerful engines, including the 1600 HF. Its technical and stylistic evolution makes it iconic for its performance and unique design, also playing a significant role in racing. Born from the collaboration between Lancia and Zagato (already active on other models), the Fulvia Sport was introduced in 1965, offering a more streamlined and sporting interpretation of the Fulvia Coupé. The specimen we are offering is an excellent candidate for a professional restoration and deserves to be handled by expert hands, as it is a rare first series (1965-1967/69). The bodywork is almost entirely in Peraluman (a lightweight aluminum alloy) to maximize weight reduction, featuring a side-opening engine hood.
